We experienced property management ourselves – too slow, too opaque, too old-fashioned. And decided to do it better.

In early 2026 our tight-knit team began managing the properties of friends, acquaintances and business partners: personally, digitally, with clear processes. Word of the results soon spread.

Why Paragon instead of a traditional property manager?
A dedicated contact instead of an anonymous hotline, a transparent fee with no hidden costs, digital access to documents and balances at any time and promptly handled enquiries – management you don’t have to worry about.
What does management at Paragon cost?
The fee depends on property size, number of units and scope of services and is usually charged per m² of usable area or per unit, starting from 0.38 € per m² per month. After a free initial viewing you receive a transparent fee with no hidden extra costs.
How easy is switching to Paragon?
In just three steps: a no-obligation initial talk, a transparent quote, handover. For condominiums a majority resolution is sufficient (Section 21 WEG 2002) – we collect documents and funds and coordinate the entire switch.
How modern is Paragon’s way of working?
AI-assisted property accounting, standardised processes, digital circular resolutions and hybrid owners’ meetings (on site or by video) – modern tools for speed and transparency, combined with personal support.
Which properties does Paragon manage – and where?
Condominiums (WEG 2002), apartment buildings (MRG) and commercial properties throughout Vienna and the surrounding area – from the small period building to the large residential complex.
Are our reserves and funds safe with Paragon?
Yes. The owners’ association’s reserve and operating funds are held in trust in dedicated accounts, strictly separate from the management company’s assets (Section 20 para 6 WEG 2002). Your money always remains yours, and you can view balances and documents at any time in the online portal. As a licensed property manager we also carry the statutory professional indemnity insurance.
What if we’re not satisfied with Paragon?
No lock-in: with an indefinite appointment you can terminate the management with three months’ notice to the end of the accounting period (Section 21 in conjunction with Section 34 para 2 WEG 2002); for good cause, removal is possible at any time. We rely on performance, not long tie-in periods.
